Our 90 minute recovery sessions are designed to take you through soft tissue work, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching to help regain long ranges of motion, isolated strengthening to counter act under active muscle groups, inter-grated strengthening to help under active muscle groups fire in normal movement patterns.
